We operate at the intersection of artificial intelligence, geopolitical foresight, and human behavioral design. Every analysis published here is built on a simple premise: the future belongs to those who can think across systems, not within silos.
The Founder
Joshua Cazoe — AI Consultant & Behavioral Intelligence Strategist
Joshua brings a rare combination that no single discipline produces alone: 17+ years in law enforcement and intelligence analysis, deep behavioral science training, and hands-on AI consulting across real businesses.
He has conducted interrogations, built intelligence assessments under uncertainty, designed behavioral interventions, and now helps organizations integrate AI into their operations as an AI Solutions Consultant at First Movers.
This is not a background you can assemble from courses. Pattern recognition trained under pressure, analytical rigor forged in adversarial environments, and strategic thinking that spans from interrogation rooms to boardrooms to the data.

Overreach is built from Trinidad and Tobago — a small island in the Caribbean watching the world accelerate. This is not a limitation. It is an irreplaceable vantage point.
The Global South perspective, combined with a partial Western lens, produces analysis that Silicon Valley groupthink cannot. We see both what the developed world assumes and what the developing world actually needs. That intersection is where the most valuable insights live.
